For the sand you'd need to send it at 7:06 and for the cows you'd want to hit send at 6:58. You'd need to pick which resource you're going to send last. On level 2 I got 21 seconds for the sand train and 29 seconds for the cow train. So you'd need to hit the send button for your last train of planks at 4:36. On level 1 I got 21 seconds for my wood planks train. When the clock hits that time, hit that send button quickly! Take the time of the third (shortest) time star and subtract your seconds. Now, with knowing how long it takes from the time you push the "send wood planks train" button to the moment you get the ding! noise when it is delivered, add three seconds.
